About the position

Physical and financial systems are under growing pressure from a changing planet. Neural Earth fuses geospatial intelligence and AI to help organizations understand how environmental, social, and economic factors intersect across space and time. By transforming massive geospatial datasets into clear, actionable insight, Neural Earth enables decision-makers to anticipate risk, strengthen resilience, and plan with confidence—from individual properties to global portfolios.

Neural is seeking a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead our content and digital marketing efforts. This contract position offers the opportunity to define and amplify the voice of a company operating at the frontier of artificial intelligence, geospatial analytics, and real-world impact. You’ll be responsible for shaping and distributing messaging across channels to drive awareness, engagement, and demand among government, enterprise, and developer audiences.

This is a high-visibility role where you’ll develop and execute marketing campaigns from ideation to launch, write content that distills technical concepts into accessible storytelling, and coordinate across teams to support product launches, events, and partnerships. You’ll also be responsible for measuring and iterating on campaigns based on performance analytics. Whether crafting a compelling blog series, orchestrating a product newsletter, or optimizing a landing page for conversions, you’ll play a central role in growing Neural’s brand presence.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments, enjoys writing and strategy in equal measure, and is fluent in both the language of technical products and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage and create content for blogs, newsletters, product announcements, social media, and sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to support messaging for new features, case studies, partnerships, and events.
  • Build and manage the content calendar and coordinate content contributors.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Lead SEO/SEM initiatives, landing page optimization, and A/B testing for key digital assets.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, tone, and messaging consistency.
  • Support virtual events, webinars, and PR activities as needed.
  • Support end user and developer live events

Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, with a focus on SaaS, AI/ML, data, or developer tools.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills; capable of turning complex topics into engaging narratives.
  • Experience managing content calendars and digital campaigns across email, social, and web.
  • Proficient in marketing tools (e.g., Webflow, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Mailjet, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, paid advertising campaigns, and campaign performance optimization strategies.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing geospatial or AI/ML products.
  • Background in journalism, copywriting, or technical communications.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Webflow or low-code design tools.
  • Previous work in early-stage or high-growth environments where agility and creativity are essential.
