About the position

Neural Earth is seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help scale the Company’s enterprise sales motion. This role executes the sales strategy that positions Neural Earth for commercialization and scalable growth. They own the earliest stages of the sales cycle, executing outbound prospecting and rigorous lead qualification. Reporting to the VP, Head of Revenue, the Sales Development Representative translates Neural Earth’s actionable intelligence into customerspecific outcomes that enable disciplined prospecting, rigorous lead qualification, and consistent opportunity creation.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with senior-level decision-makers at target accounts through personalized cold calling, email, and social selling.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients based on BANT, ICP, and Persona information to determine fit.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives (AEs).
  • Research & Mapping: Map out complex enterprise organizations to identify key stakeholders, pain points, and strategic initiatives.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in HubSpot or similar CRMs.
  • Process‑Driven Contributor: Execute outbound and qualification activities while proactively identifying gaps, patterns, and opportunities to improve messaging, workflows, and prospecting processes.
  • Team‑First Mindset: Share learnings, best practices, and feedback with AEs, Marketing, and fellow SDRs to continuously refine playbooks and raise the performance of the broader team.

Qualification

  • Experience: 1–3+ years in B2B SaaS, ideally focusing on high-value, complex, or enterprise sales.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, active listening, and objection handling skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • High Energy & Positivity: Bring consistent energy, optimism, and persistence to a fast‑paced, high‑volume sales environment.
  • Curious: Ask thoughtful questions to understand prospect’s challenges and business needs.
  • Strategic Thinking: Learn to navigate accounts by identifying key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Resilient: Stay motivated and persistent through rejection, varying cycles, and changing priorities.
  • Coachability: Open to feedback, eager to learn, and quick to apply new guidance and playbooks. 

Additional Information

This role may be assigned additional responsibilities consistent with senior leadership expectations and Company needs. This is a US-based remote role. The Sales Development Representative should expect travel of approximately 0-10%, including travel for internal meetings, conferences, and company events.
