Neural Earth is seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to help lead and scale the Company’s revenue operations from the ground up. This role owns end-to-end revenue operations strategy and execution from commercialization to scalable growth. They lead pipeline and process - from designing and evolving CRM architecture, data standards, and workflows - to measuring funnel performance, forecasting accuracy, and GTM efficiency across sales and marketing. Reporting to the Head of Revenue, this role is a strategic partner to the entire leadership team. The Revenue Operations Manager standardizes how the business runs, turns insights into action, and enables disciplined expansion of sales and marketing functions.
This role may be assigned additional responsibilities consistent with senior leadership expectations and Company needs. This is a US-based remote role. The Revenue Operations Manager should expect travel of approximately 10%, including travel for internal meetings, conferences, and company events.
