About the position

Neural Earth is seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to help lead and scale the Company’s revenue operations from the ground up. This role owns end-to-end revenue operations strategy and execution from commercialization to scalable growth. They lead pipeline and process - from designing and evolving CRM architecture, data standards, and workflows - to measuring funnel performance, forecasting accuracy, and GTM efficiency across sales and marketing. Reporting to the Head of Revenue, this role is a strategic partner to the entire leadership team. The Revenue Operations Manager standardizes how the business runs, turns insights into action, and enables disciplined expansion of sales and marketing functions.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Management: Own the strategy, architecture, and ongoing evolution of HubSpot as our CRM and marketing automation platform in concert with operations management.
  • Pipeline Architecture: Design and implement core CRM architecture, including lifecycle stages, deal stages, lead status definitions, and ownership rules.
  • Standardized Processes: Establish clear naming conventions and data standards, partnering with stakeholders to ensure adoption and consistency across contacts, companies, and deals.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to build customer and audience segmentation that supports pipeline generation, reporting, and activation.
  • Automated Reporting: Create and automate dashboards and reports that measure funnel performance, pipeline health, and GTM efficiency.
  • Everything Documented: Document processes, definitions, playbooks, and decision logic to enable current and future hires.
  • Operational Leader: Serve as the operational thought partner to GTM leadership, helping translate strategy into scalable revenue motions.
  • Enabling Scale: Prepare HubSpot to scale as we aggressively expand the sales and marketing functions.

Qualification

  • 3–6+ years of direct Rev Ops, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops experience, ideally in early stage or high growth environments
  • Deep, hands-on experience building and configuring HubSpot from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels
  • Comfort operating without a playbook—and excitement about creating one.
  • Detail oriented, process driven, clear and direct communicator, and highly organized.
  • Strong communicator who collaborates well with technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Additional Information

This role may be assigned additional responsibilities consistent with senior leadership expectations and Company needs. This is a US-based remote role. The Revenue Operations Manager should expect travel of approximately 10%, including travel for internal meetings, conferences, and company events.
