Enterprise Sales Executive

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to help expand Neural Earth’s reach among insurers, real estate investors, and financial institutions that rely on spatial intelligence to manage risk. In this role, you will drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to solution design, negotiation, and close, building lasting relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.

You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to translate complex technology into clear business value. Your expertise and curiosity will help organizations understand how Neural Earth’s AI-driven platform can enhance their decision-making, efficiency, and resilience in a rapidly changing world.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise opportunities across insurance, real estate, and financial sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, demo, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, analysts, and executives to drive long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor messaging, demos, and collateral to client needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Neural Earth’s solutions to clearly articulate technical and business value.
  • Develop account strategies and forecasts, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Represent Neural Earth at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Use CRM tools to track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and report on sales performance

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, data, or analytics solutions.
  • Proven success selling to C-level and technical stakeholders with complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software procurement and contracting processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships and large accounts.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and pipeline management

Preffered

  • Experience selling into insurance, real estate, financial services, or government sectors.
  • Familiarity with geospatial, AI, or risk analytics technologies.
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn complex systems quickly.
  • Track record of building strategic partnerships and driving long-term client value.

Travel

Up to 10%.
